Refund policy

We do not accept returns, exchange only. You may return items within 14 days of receiving your package to exchange for a different size or item, or receive store credit for the amount of original purchase to be used. Store credit will be issued in the form of a code to be used in our online store in the amount of your returned purchase. We are not responsible for paying shipping on your returned items. We will, however, issue a full refund if there is an error on our end involving wrong items/sizes being shipped to you and/or wrong count on inventory resulting in your item being sold out. If you received the wrong item you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. If you plan on making a return please contact us at rowdycowbabyboutique@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return and whether you are exchanging or accepting store credit. You will receive store credit/exchange after we have received the returned item(s). We do not do typical cash or credit refunds because of constant revolving inventory, restocking fees, and the time/money/work put into packaging these orders. Returns will only be accepted if items are unworn, fragrance and stain free, unwashed, with original tags still attached. We will not accept return items such as these: jewelry, children's toys, baby teethers, pet merchandise, accessories or beauty items.
