Shipping policy

We charge a $5 flat rate for all orders, we want to keep shipping affordable so people from all over the great USA can shop our products! 

Rowdy Cow Baby Boutique, LLC is not responsible for lost or broken packages. Once the package has left my hands to the shipping service, we are no longer held accountable for said package. If your package is lost, please contact your shipping company with provided tracking. RCBB will package fragile items with care & in marked “fragile” or “handle with care” packaging for your convenience. 

Unless otherwise stated under a product, products will be shipped within 5-7 business days. Products will likely be shipped out sooner, but being a stay at home mom sometimes things happen beyond my control that may change production times. Please be kind, I’m a one woman show and I try to package products after my husband gets home from work for the day so he can watch our sweet Wren. 

Outside of normal TAT: the only time it should take more than 5-7 business days is if you have ordered a pre-order item, pre-order items are items you have purchased before they have arrived or shipped to me to ensure you get the size/color/style you are wanting. TAT times for pre-order items will be written in the product description and all pre-order items will be marked so in the product titles. Other than pre-orders, if I am on vacation your product may ship outside of normal TAT, if I am going on vacation I will post an announcement in the Facebook group weeks before I will be gone so customers will always be in the loop.
